Weight loss ( Fat reduction ) and Smoking One Cigarette Daily

Smoking Cigarette can increase heart beat. High heart beat can induce high metabolism rate. High metabolism rate can cause rapid fat reduction. Rapid fat loss ultimately will cause weight loss.

This principle can not be 100% true for every individual. Smoking Cigarette can be highly addictive. Almost no one can keep continue with only one cigarette daily. Once his/her body are able to tolerate cigarette, they will want more smoking. More smoking will ultimately cause significant other health problem like lung cancer etc.

If any people are able to continue with one Cigarette daily, he will have  less other harmful effect of cigarette in comparison to heavy smoker.

Metabolism rate of fat will be high when smoking is done at empty stomach, i.e in the morning, before 2-3 hour of breakfast.

After smoking normally people will have tendency to feel hungry, If any one don’t eat any thing at that time, Metabolism mechanism will take fat of the body (because food is not available at empty stomach) and will burn it.

Above are based on assumptions only. High Heart beat rate and associated effects can also be achieved by good exercises.

Don’t smoke, it is highly addictive and can cause too much money and health damage
