when you start your computer and you are getting error SELECT PROPER BOOT DEVICE AND BOOT AGAIN while booting, you can solve it quickly.
This problem comes when your hard disk of computer is not connected properly to motherboard, or your hard disk is not connected properly with power cable.
If you are getting above error message while booting, start reboot and Press F2 key. Check booting preference in it, if in the list of option, HARD DISK information is not coming, it is sure there is problem with cable connection with HardDisk.
Open the CPU, check the cable connecting to motherboard to Hard Disk, press to firm the connection. Check the power cable connection to Hard Disk, connect it firmly on both side.
If you do the above most probably your problem will be solved.
