This has reference to your Text Message sent on 28-10-2011 which reads as follows:
“Dear Reliance Net Connect BB + User. Pl pay Rs.1019.53 to continue enjoying uninterrupted services. We value your association with us”.
Having been disgusted & fed up with your inefficient and most unsatisfactory Customer Service, I have surrendered your Modem after duly paying all the dues,what so ever, and you have also accordingly disconnected the BB.
When it is so, I am not able to understand as to why your personnel are harassing me over mobile phone to pay the dues, when there are no dues at all. Today also I received a phone call,a when I was very busy with my Official work. PLEASE STOP HARASSING THE CUSTOMERS,

Reliance Netconnect+ service is extremely bad. I bought new prepaid unlimited connection with speed of 3.1 Mbps but i never get speed more than 20 kbps.

Please do not buy Reliance internet connection.

Reliance Netconnect+ service is extremely bad. I seldom get the High Speed connection. Mostly the connection goes to <230 KBPS and a red light blinks on the data card. Browsing becomes extremely slow when this happens. Also frequently the whole application hangs and the internet is disconnected automatically.

Please do not buy this one.
