Read Secret Body Language Effectively

Are you trying to impress someone, lying about something or getting bored?
Beware!! your body language will give it away.

Body language refers to the body gestures and verbal signals. It is infect a
channel of communication, by which we convey information through conscious or subconscious expressions and gestures.

Let us go through some of the basic communication gestures which are being used universally. We cry when we are sad, laugh when we are happy, nod the head for yes and shake the head from side to side to convey no. These gestures are similar worldwide irrespective of the culture or community.

Body language can be roughly classified into facial gestures, hand and palm
gestures, limb gestures and eye gestures.
The commonly used palm gestures and its interpretation
1. Open palm denotes truth,openness and faithfulness.
2. Hidden palms point towards hiding a truth or lying. A child may hide his palm behind him while lying.
3.Palm closed finger pointed position indicates that the speaker is demanding submission from the listener.
Regarding eye gestures, a dishonest person finds it hard to look straight into
other person’s eye for a long time. A person needing constant attention has
dilated eyes. When a person become uninterested or bored,  he blocks the other person by closing his eyelids for a few seconds during the talk.
There are many more body gestures and movements which reflect our personality and provides an image to the other person even before we get acquainted with him.

It is important to become conscious about these acts because we communicate with one another not just through words but also by our face and body.
