If you transfer your website from one server to another, normally it will take 11-12 hour for updating nemserver or DNS change for your local DNS server.

You can run and view properly your website with correct web address only if your local DNS server pointing to correct new server of your website.

The quickest method to view your website after server transfer is to use proxy website. Open your website in 5-6 different proxy websites, some will sure work for you to quick view of your website in new server.

The other method is after transferring all file and database  to new server, change your computer DNS server address to OPENDNS sever address. Methods of changing your PC’s DNS server IP is explained at opendns.com.
