New Aggressive Jobs Cuts in Software Industries

Jobs cut in software firms is aggressive now. Almost all software companies are trying to reduce company cost by throwing away its employees from companies. Recent slump in US economy is the biggest reason for reduction in profits of almost all software firms.

Most of the software companies have now only option left is to reduce employees strenght to cut down operating cost of company. People are now finding hard to get jobs in software firms. Salary is also not increasing at fast rate in softwre firm.

India has other problem of weakening of US dollar against Indian Rupees. Nobody knows when this condition will end.

Companies like TCS, Infosys and Dell sacked some of its employees recently.
