- While holding the ALT key type 0160 or 255 from right side number keypad.
- Now release ALT key.
You will see cursor will move 1 step. Now click ENTER.
- You will see folder name is invisible now.
Step-2 Make folder icon invisible.
- Now go on to the properties of the folder ( By right click ) and click “Customize”, and click “Change Icon”.
- Here you will find some icons without any kind of images, choose it and click OK.
Now your folder will be completely invisible. To locate the folder try to select the invisible folder by holding mouse and drag it around folder.

how to make invisible folder without numpad on laptop….
to enable numpad in laptop, click function key and numlock and it will enable the numpad.
then you can go ahead do the alt +0160.
you could even try various other number combinations to get various characters from the character map instead of a blank space…
ex.(alt +)
987- ?
785- ?
159- ƒ
753- ±
and many more
you could even use them in passwords lol
nevermind ok so here is how you make it “invisible”
to make it invisible ur personal files xD
first rename ur folder name to a space
then start>run type cmd
then type attrib +s +h C:\
ok so now the it is invisible if u want to see it again cahnge the “+” to “-”
but u can quickly go to that folder but do not make it appear again by changing the address like C:\
Good luck xD
