K P Singh worked for nine year in Indian Army before making a way in business line. After quiting job in Indian Army he involved with family business firm and later made a new company DLF. His father-in-law was a businessman in real state. KP Singh moved his father’s-in-law business to a new high level.
Whenever you go to Delhi’s most developed area like South Extension, Greater Kailash and Hauz Khas, you should know that most of the develpoment of these area is done by Mr. K.P. Singh’s company DLF. DLF is now the largest real state company in India.

So, how suddenly KP Singh got listed in top 10 world’s richest man list at forbes? This is because KP Singh Listed DLF company in share market last year. DLF converted cheap lands into developed and costly colony.
His fortune is increased to $30 billion (by enlisting DLF in stock market) from $10 billion last year.
