JEE Extended Merit list (JEE EML) Not for Admission In IIT- Useless Rank

This year JEE result also provided JEE 2009 Extended Merit list (JEE EML). This list is not the waiting list for admission in any IITs, IT-BHU, Varanasi and ISM Dhanbad.

This list is only meant for admission in few research oriented new Engineering colleges.

The scope in these colleges are not good, There is no link between these colleges and IIT.

So, by taking admission in these colleges on basis of JEE  Extended Merit list (EML) will not help you to get good carrier in Engineering field. It will be better to opt for NIT on the AIEEE rank.

You should not take addmission in these colleges just because you are in JEE EML list. If these institutes will conduct entrance test, only few students will sit for exam.

      If someone crosses overall cut off marks in iit and still he can’t cross the individual subject marks in one subject. Then will he get EML rank? And will he be preffered over others?

      The IISER (Indian Institute of Science Education and Research)or the IIST are not useless….infact they are really good institutes in their own field….

      The iiser are known for research…..also the facilities and fundings are more than the iits…..but in research…the iits are known for technology…
