If you have joined Yuwie, and don’t know what to do next, here is SOME QUICK ADVICE
The first thing you will want to do is to start telling friends and family about Yuwie. Don’t try to “sell” it. Simply show them your presentation links that you can find under Referrals and Referral tools.
RECRUIT PEOPLE FROM MYSPACE
If you have a Myspace page, and if you know others who do, then you will want to convert those people to Yuwie. Myspace will not be able to compete with Yuwie since they do not pay members, and since Yuwie works EXACTLY like myspace otherwise.
GET PERSONAL and HELP OTHERS
The other KEY ingredient to our quick success has been that we try to contact and befriend everyone in our downline. It has been harder to do lately because our downlines are growing faster than we can keep up, but that is not a bad problem to have.
We basically do the following to each person in our downline:
* Post a “Welcome to Yuwie commet on their page”
* Post a ‘Friend’ Request stating that they are in our downline, and offering them help
* Send new referrals to this club for advice
* Post a comment with the “Referral Tree” message from this club’s message board.
It is vital to your growth, to encourage, support and help everyone in your downline to succeed. By helping others first, you will reap benefits that will far outweigh your efforts.
OTHER THOUGHTS - DRESS UP YOUR PAGE!!!!
We want to stress this to everyone - Dress up your page, and keep your content fresh.
When you are trying to recruit others(especially Myspace users) it is very important to impress them right away and let them know that Yuwie is just like any other Social site out there - but better.
The best way to do this is to create a nice Layout. It doesn’t need to be fancy, but it needs to be something other than the red and white ’stock’ page. THIS IS VERY IMPORTANT! You cab cinvince people, simply by the “look” of your page. For more help with layouts just refer to the Yuwie “Help” tab and follow the links to “Layouts”

In a nut shell, Yuwie is designed around advertisements. When you click on an advertisement, Yuwie makes money. That doesn’t mean you make more by clicking on ads though… Yuwie wants to share their revenue, WITH YOU! (and me for that matter..) Yuwie has a pay out system, so that anytime someone looks at your page, blog, pictures, video’s etc., you get a little chunk of change.
Why? because there are ads on the pages like Google Adsense. (another topic for another day) Why would Yuwie do this? The more people on Yuwie, the more money they make. The more money Yuwie makes, the more money you potentially can make. Also, the better your page is, the better it can get indexed with Google, MSN, Yahoo etc., driving non-Yuwie traffic to your page which means, the more relevant your blogs are to someone else, the more page-views you can achieve.

Yuwie has got high traffic, thats indisputable.
Yuwie has advertisers who probably pay via the CPM mold… which means, an advertiser pays Yuwie a specific amount for every 1000 impressions. That basically is interpreted as a page view or page load. Each time you visit someone’s profile that counts as one page view, and so one impression.
Now, Yuwie pays a profile owner say… 5cents CPM… thats 4 cents for 1000 page views.. thats not a lot of money, but Yuwie’s adserver Adbrite, sells advertising to clients at say… $3 or $5 CPM, even if Adbrite sold at even a dollar, Yuwie still makes money from this.
Which is why its going to be difficult getting a thousand impressions, so the only way is to network excessively, and refer relentlessly.
