   hi
   about PayPal and what / how you can use PayPal
   I have PayPal account in Slovenia , but I can use it only to pay. So, I can not be payed through PayPal. The same problem is in a lot of other countries – I know for Europe eastern countries.

    hi, is it necessary to give your correct address while opening the PayPal account other than my country and city. i am not in favour of giving such information in an online site..i just want to receive money in paypal and transfer it to bank account. Hope you help me out..

    For PayPal registered in USA, CANADA, UK and AUSTRALIA, you will need abank account to get verified.
    For US PayPal, virtual card can lift your $0 initial sending limit to $2000USD.
    The VC will come with only enough amount of fund to pay for PayPal verification charge.
    After you link your card, you will need to wait for AT LEAST 4 days to get the 4-digit PayPal EXPUSE code to verify your account.
    To be use on ONE account ONLY. Valid for ONE year.

    I and from Malaysia and I want to open a paypal account but I do not have a credit card or a debit card. All I have is a bank account with Public Bank Berhad.
    Can I open a pay pal account and purchase the VCC using my Public Bank Account?

    The list is not correct, now US and Canada and some more countries require bank information to get verify paypal account.

    Vendors losing a lot of customers because they only use Paypal. I have a valid credit card and was looking to buy BUT you limited my options with PP only. Sorry for you, sorry for me, I couldn’t buy. NO WAY I was going to open a risky PP account. (Paypal wanted me was trying to force me to become a member to buy your product and you didn’t even know.)
