Dear Sir/Madam,
My son VED RAVINDRA MORE have received scholarship cheque of Rs.2500/-(Ch. No. 771936 dated 13/11/2009,Issuing Branch HDFCBankFinance Dept.Fort,Mumbai).Due to some reason I could not open SAVING bank account in name of my son. Now I have opened saving account at ICICI Bank,Kharghar,Navi Mumbai Branch in VED’S name.Unfortunately bank has refused to accept the cheque as date is not valid. Kindly Inform whether I can get extension of validity of cheque?
What should I do?
