GATE 2009 Score Card will have only one year of validity
From GATE 2009 onwards, GATE score will have validity for one year only. IF you are engineering student or MSc, you must appear in GATE 2009, as the GATE exam is far easier from other competition and a higher degree from reputed engineering college can dramatically change your career opportunity. Many Indian students want the job as quick as possible when they are in college, they don’t bother about the quailty of work or salary, they just want to have a job. This thinking is not good.
After getting admission through GATE they will be paid around 5000 Rs per month for M.tech, wich is sufficient for one’s expenditure requirement.
