Five tips- If you are working on computer in late night at home
If you want to improve productivity of your work with PC in late night hour, you should consider following tips-
1. Turn off the light of your room, Turn ON the table lamp only. ( same as below image). Your Table lamp should be behind to your computer monitor. 
It will help to concentrate more and will give less stress to your eyes and mind. Reduce the contrast of your computer monitor to minimum.
2. Turn ON soft music with low volume. It will help you to scape from boredom.
3. Keep your room cool and properly ventilated.
4. Sit comfortably on chair, your chair should be ergonomic friendly.
5. Take regular break of 5 minute after long working, It will help to regain energy.

You are absolutely right! That’s also a great way to get your studying done, but without the computer.
