The selection will be based on interview. They will call you for interview if your IBPS score is high enough. They will give waitage to  both interview score as well as IBPS score.

Because of almost all candidate who will be going for interview will have approximatly same IBPS score, so the main criteria of selection will be only Interview Score.

Minimum passing score in interview in 40% for general category candidate.

In interview they will check your attitude, personality, level of communication, clarity and problem solving innovativeness, knowledge /proficiency in local/State  language  (ability to read, write and speak local/State language)  level  of effectiveness in computer operations, willingness to work anywhere in the State etc.

So in the interview you should get prepared keeping in mind the above points.

You should get practice to introduce yourself in good manner, and give the answer correctly and don’t try to make fool to the interviewer.

Some time the air coming from AC duct will give more pungent smell when cooling will start. This problem may exist in window AC/ Split AC or car AC.

The easy way to remove it by using lizol (disinfecting liquid) and Dettol which are easily available in all grocery shops in India.

Here is the step by step procedure.

1. Open the AC intake, remove the removable Air filter.

2. Mix lot of Lizol and Dettol in in one liter of water

3. start AC, and pour the liquid inside the AC through intake filter space. and check the drain line, water should come out from drain line.

4. Close the room/ car and clean the whole room/car with lizol and dettol.

5. Keep AC running for 2- 3 hour in this situation.

6. All smelly mold/ bacteria will be killed and you will not get bet smell afterwards.

7. Don’t  forget  to run AC in auto clean mode while stopping it. (Run the fan only for at least half hour to dry the AC before not using it)

8. Keep your room/car clean with dettol and lizol frequently. and don’t eat food in the room/car  while AC is running.

Roadies 10 audition will be expected to be around August  2012 to October 2012. Not for sure.

Exact date of audition in different cities is not declared yet, but if it be available at any time,  date will be provided here ( This happen only if Roadies 10 will really survive to come in next season ).

Mostly, Audition of Roadies is done at 5-6 cities. In one cities around 5000 aspirants comes for Audition in the hope to become Roadies. Total number of selection is around 12 for one season. There are only two simple stage of audition, First is GD, next is Personal Interview. The only requirement from your side is your age should be above 18 year.

This reality show is mostly made for certain fixed segment and fixed mentality type  viewers (of age group 18-22).
