The Indian Institute of Alternative Medicine has been started in 1991 and functioning for the last 18 years. The Honourable Kolkata High Court has also passed directions in favour of IBAM. At this context, suddenly the UGC announces it as a fake university. What these authorities were doing all these 18 years? How can the Honourable High court pass favourable orders against the so called fake university? People should think!

I want information regarding the RAJASTHAN VIDYAPEETH UNIVERSITY.It conducts correspondence courses for B.Tech and one of my known is doing B.Tech from the same in CIVIL ENGG.He has even taken his exams for first semester in JUNE 2010 at CHANDIGARH centre.He came to know about a court case going-on with the concerned university over some issue(may be of UGC APPROVAL) as a consequence of which court has ordered the university to stop the further admissions.I would like to know what would happen to the students who have already taken the admissions and are undergoing the correspondence programs.Whether they would be allowed to complete their courses through other universities or denied the same.I would like to add that this univ is AICTE recognised.Also, please tell me what would happen to the status of the people who have already completed the programs and are working in different organisations.
