i need your help.

i recently bought a Nokia N900, and have used loop’ gprs services on my mobile. where there was no rental and the downloding charges were 8 paise/10 kb.
i used it for a month, to my surprise i was billed for Rs 10,748/- for the month, out of which Rs 7468/- was gprs usage’s charge.

can someone help me with a cheaper and better alternative.
