Here is the effective method for overcome Sadness and Depression

1.    Remember the person you love most. Remember the best time you spent with your family and friends. It will make you smile.

2.    Go outdoors. Do some fun filled activity or play the sport you like most. Simply watching children playing can make you smile.

3.    While sitting on your bed or chair, close your eyes and take deep breaths. While taking breathe feel your breathe and heartbeat. It will make you calm and relaxed.

4.    Try listening to your favorite music. Fast and loud music relax our mind and help us to keep us away from ongoing problems. If you like slow and soft music it will also make you feel better and tension free. Music always helps.

5.    Last but not least always think positive. For every problem in this world there is a solution for it. And everything is not always bad, sometime we realize it later. Better not to worry about it and let it be.
