Access PayPal account when you forget password or password not working
Today, when i tried to login my paypal account, my password was not working. There are chances that PayPal account may not open even by same password that you are using earlier, in this case you need to reset the password. For resetting the password use email ID for confirmation (other options like street name may also not work).
After clicking on confirmation link, you need to answer two secret questions (The other option in this stage is – submit the correct bank account number, which may also not work).
The only option worked for me was the secret questions. If this will also not work (you may forget it), you need to contact customer care . You could be asked to fax proof your identity.
So, those who have PayPal account should check now, whether or not their password is working. Change the secret questions to absolutely simple one ( 1 word answers) . Fill all data and phone number in your profile correctly.
If you have not opened the paypal account, open it now. It is free and it will be useful someday. it’s like a free and safe bank account.
